About Our Elderly Care Package

Our nurses are always available for hourly as-needed care, but when you need long-term or ongoing support, the Elderly Care Package is available to deliver the care and peace of mind you need.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. discovery

First, we’ll meet with you and your loved one to design services around your needs and concerns, whether it’s assisted doctor visits or weekly check ins.

2. scheduling

Our services are designed around comfort and convenience. Visits can be easily scheduled around your needs by calling or booking online.

3. nurse visits

With the package, your nurses will be available to provide regular support for up to 4 hours per week. Additional hours may be added on at a discounted rate.
